About the Role

We are looking for an experienced product leader to drive strategy and execution for our Platform Solutions teams. This role blends strategy and execution, requiring a leader who can align teams and drive initiatives from concept through delivery. You'll help lead the evolution of a platform strategy focused on converging Portfolio Management, Trading, Accounting, and Operations capabilities through shared services and modular architecture. Our clients depend on our solutions every day to manage critical investment and operational workflows, making reliability, scale, and data integrity critical to everything we build.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Solutions, Development, and Product leadership to drive platform strategy built on shared services, modular capabilities, and front-to-back workflow convergence.
  • Drive alignment of data models, service contracts, and workflows across interconnected platform domains.
  • Own high-priority initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and roadmap definition through launch and adoption.
  • Lead by example as a hands-on product leader who can move from executive strategy to sprint-level decisions.
  • Help grow a team of product managers, mentoring them in product thinking, stakeholder communication, prioritization, and technical fluency.
  • Help drive how new platform capabilities are introduced and adopted across the organization and client base.
  • Coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives across product, development, operations, and client-facing teams to deliver predictable outcomes at platform scale.
  • Lead modernization efforts that transition siloed and legacy workflows into scalable, reusable platform capabilities aligned to a unified front-to-back operating model.
  • Ensure integration investments support platform strategy without becoming the end-state product model.
  • Partner with internal teams to establish platform reliability standards including SLAs, incident leadership, and operational governance for critical financial workflows.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level leadership role focused on complex platform or fintech products.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing product and cross-functional teams in dynamic, collaborative environments.
  • Proven ability to define and communicate platform strategies and bring new products or major initiatives to market in a regulated financial services context.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery ownership.
  • Proficiency with modern data platform technologies and architectural patterns, including Kafka, Airflow, dbt, GraphQL, Snowflake, and related ecosystem tools.
  • Deep domain expertise in: Trade and Order Management workflows, Portfolio Management workflows, Accounting and reconciliation workflows.
  • Experience modernizing legacy solutions into modular, service-oriented product capabilities.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across product, development, architecture, operations, and client-facing teams.
  • Fluency with AI-assisted product and development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent.
  • Experience defining AI-enabled platform capabilities including anomaly detection, intelligent exception handling, and operational automation.
  • Ability to evaluate practical AI use cases, tradeoffs, and governance requirements within financial workflows.
  • Experience defining canonical models and service contracts for data-intensive platforms.
  • Experience driving enterprise platform launches and adoption with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience managing production onboarding for enterprise clients, including go-live validation and cross-team readiness coordination.
  • Comfortable operating across strategy, execution, and operational leadership in a fast-moving environment.
  • Able to simplify complex platform and workflow problems into clear priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans.
  • Builds credibility quickly across product, development, architecture, operations, and client-facing teams.
  • Strong communicator who can move seamlessly between executive discussions, client conversations, and detailed product decisions.
  • Thrives in ambiguity and can create structure, alignment, and momentum where it does not yet exist.
  • Balances long-term platform strategy with short-term delivery needs and client commitments.
  • Brings a systems-oriented mindset and understands how decisions in one domain impact the broader platform ecosystem.
  • Drives accountability and follows through on commitments, even in complex cross-functional environments.
  • Passionate about platform modernization, front-to-back transformation, and building scalable operating models.
  • Collaborative and pragmatic, with the ability to influence across organizations without relying on direct authority.
