Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site support for hardware and software issues on Raith Nanofabrication systems.
- Perform instrument installations, qualifications, updates, upgrades, maintenance, and repairs.
- Utilize technical expertise to gather and interpret system data to solve complex equipment issues quickly and effectively.
- Become an expert in operating and supporting Raith systems through comprehensive training.
- Provide feedback for Continuous Improvement on systems and procedures.
- Communicate with colleagues and customers at a professional and proactive level.
- Advance career by becoming an expert in supporting multiple Raith product lines and providing escalation support.
Requirements
- Associates or bachelors degree in an Engineering or science-related field.
- 2 to 5 years practical engineering experience.
- Exceptional team working and communication skills.
- Solution driven and customer oriented.
- Outstanding independent problem-solving skills using root cause analysis methods.
- Experience in servicing precision equipment (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs).
- Proficiency with electronic test equipment and hands-on mechanical experience with semiconductor instrumentation.
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally to other locations in the Americas and Europe.
