Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and on-site support for hardware and software issues on Raith Nanofabrication systems.
  • Perform instrument installations, qualifications, updates, upgrades, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Utilize technical expertise to gather and interpret system data to solve complex equipment issues quickly and effectively.
  • Become an expert in operating and supporting Raith systems through comprehensive training.
  • Provide feedback for Continuous Improvement on systems and procedures.
  • Communicate with colleagues and customers at a professional and proactive level.
  • Advance career by becoming an expert in supporting multiple Raith product lines and providing escalation support.

Requirements

  • Associates or bachelors degree in an Engineering or science-related field.
  • 2 to 5 years practical engineering experience.
  • Exceptional team working and communication skills.
  • Solution driven and customer oriented.
  • Outstanding independent problem-solving skills using root cause analysis methods.
  • Experience in servicing precision equipment (installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs).
  • Proficiency with electronic test equipment and hands-on mechanical experience with semiconductor instrumentation.
  • Ability to travel locally and occasionally to other locations in the Americas and Europe.
