About the Role
The Senior AE MS&P role is a key contributor to the execution of business strategies. This role is responsible for enabling Sales teams to deliver NOS, share, and productivity targets. This includes providing insights into market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the effective implementation of marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop national market strategies aligned with the overall brand strategy and deploy to the Sales Organization for execution.
- Leverage analytical tools and integrate dynamic data systems to develop new category/brand insights.
- Leverage consumer insights and partner with key customers to develop winning joint business strategies and plans.
- Partner with North American Business Unit to launch breakthrough innovation in Canada.
- Contribute to and execute strategies in team / organization.
- Identify and lead developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products.
- Collaborate effectively within immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning.
- Accomplish tasks as an individual contributor with limited supervision.
- Develop knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements.
- Awareness of relevant external (legal, tax) and internal stewardship requirements and act accordingly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales operations or market strategy planning.
- Experience in managing customer and/or vendor relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- A forward thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint is required.
- Strategic customer relationship building skills and you would thrive selling our products to national retailers.
- Trade fund management experience, and you're comfortable using data to drive the best promotion decisions.
- Love to analyze data to identify new insights and business opportunities for us and the customer.
- Joint business planning experience and you can quickly uncover customer needs to deliver winning pitches.
- Experience working with colleagues across functions and know how to elevate your team’s performance.
