About the Role

This Deluxe Data Solutions Analyst position serves as the technical resource connecting clients, internal systems, and processes to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns. The role involves quality control, data mapping, issue resolution, and supporting ad-hoc requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections and routines to ensure data consistency and proper mapping.
• Address and resolve data issues in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Support ad-hoc requirements and data processing with clients and internal functional teams.
• Contribute to continuous organizational improvement through documented initiatives and lessons learned.
• Share process and technical ideas for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead exploratory processes with clients and internal functions to define data requirements.
• Establish project deliverables and timelines.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and support teams to develop execution plans and ensure flawless delivery.
• Maintain thorough documentation of processes, decisions, and issues.
• Complete moderately complex data projects.
• Ensure timely and flawless extraction of customized data sets for specific client requests.
• Create, update, and maintain various data tables and systems.
• Update process specifications.
• Design and implement ad-hoc data processing routines.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients and project team members regarding data-related items.
• Evaluate and proactively communicate task status regarding deadlines and completion.
• Apply standard problem-solving methods and tools to troubleshoot issues and develop potential solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Business, Mathematics or Statistics.
• 1 year experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in R, python or other big data tools and languages.
• Experience in SQL, Visual Studio/SSIS and/or other database structures or big data tools.
• Experience in AWS cloud technology such as S3, Athena, Glue, DynamoDB, Lambda.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
