About the Role
You will lead a senior digital solutions delivery organization serving owners and operators across infrastructure and capital projects, with accountability for portfolio performance, client outcomes, delivery excellence, and profitable growth. You will set the strategic direction for delivery across one or more priority accounts, programs, or industry segments, aligning capabilities, talent, and investment to client needs and market opportunity. You will serve as a trusted advisor to owner executives, program sponsors, PMO leaders, and technology stakeholders on digital strategy, operating model decisions, and the use of PMIS and adjacent technologies to improve capital delivery and asset outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead a senior digital solutions delivery organization serving owners and operators across infrastructure and capital projects, with accountability for portfolio performance, client outcomes, delivery excellence, and profitable growth.
- Set the strategic direction for delivery across one or more priority accounts, programs, or industry segments, aligning capabilities, talent, and investment to client needs and market opportunity.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to owner executives, program sponsors, PMO leaders, and technology stakeholders on digital strategy, operating model decisions, and the use of PMIS and adjacent technologies to improve capital delivery and asset outcomes.
- Oversee complex delivery portfolios spanning PMIS, project controls, reporting, document management, ERP integration, BIM, GIS, analytics, and related digital capabilities across the capital project lifecycle.
- Own executive delivery governance across major engagements, including scope, commercial performance, financial results, quality, risk, resourcing, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive scalable delivery models, standards, methods, and quality practices that improve consistency, accelerate execution, and strengthen business value realization across client programs.
- Lead and develop senior delivery talent, including workforce planning, succession, coaching, performance management, and capability building for a high-performing organization.
- Partner with sales, account, and industry leadership to originate and shape opportunities, define solution and delivery strategies, support proposals, and expand Accenture’s position in the I&CP owner market.
- Guide executive-level discussions on transformation priorities, governance, adoption, operating model alignment, and change management to help owner organizations realize sustainable outcomes.
- Provide clear executive insight into portfolio health, client priorities, business value, dependencies, and risks, enabling timely decisions by client and Accenture leadership.
- Represent the delivery organization internally and externally as a senior leader in digital solutions for the owner environment, contributing to capability development, market positioning, and thought leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience leading digital, PMIS, or business systems delivery in consulting, owner, or capital program environments, including leadership of large, complex programs or portfolios.
- Deep understanding of owner and operator priorities across the capital project lifecycle, including capital planning, governance, project controls, cost, schedule, risk, change, reporting, document control, and handover.
- Proven experience leading large multidisciplinary teams, senior client relationships, and delivery organizations with accountability for business performance, talent, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Experience serving as a senior advisor to executives and sponsoring or shaping growth opportunities, proposals, and account expansion in the I&CP market.
- Experience leading implementation, transformation, enhancement, or integration of PMIS and related platforms such as Oracle Unifier, Primavera P6, EcoSys, Kahua, InEight, Procore, or similar solutions.
- Familiarity with integration across ERP, BIM, GIS, reporting, analytics, and document management platforms to support owner decision-making and program performance.
- Strong command of delivery governance, financial management, commercial oversight, risk management, quality management, and executive stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- PMP or comparable project/program management certification is preferred.
- Relevant PMIS or platform certifications are a plus.
- Experience leading delivery organizations or major portfolios serving owner or operator clients in transportation, aviation, rail, utilities, energy, real estate, or public infrastructure.
- Experience shaping and scaling digital delivery offerings, methods, or capability development in the I&CP market.
- Experience integrating PMIS with ERP, BIM, GIS, analytics, or digital twin environments.
- Background in project controls transformation, PMO modernization, capital program governance, or executive reporting for large capital programs.
- Experience leading business process alignment, organizational adoption, and operating model change in owner organizations.
