About the Role

This role is the operational backbone of Airbnb's global internship and early career programs, driving the infrastructure for world-class intern experiences. You will own program management across the full lifecycle and handle full-cycle recruiting as needed, partnering across teams to ensure programs are scalable, equitable, and connected to Airbnb's mission.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program management for global early career programs, including manager training, performance evaluations, onboarding/offboarding, and event management.
  • Lead cross-functional projects across multiple business lines and global offices to deliver a consistent, high-quality programmatic experience.
  • Track initiative progress, measure program ROI, and share regular updates with recruiting and business stakeholders.
  • Design and facilitate training and support materials for hiring managers, team members, and program partners.
  • Drive continuous improvements to systems, tools, reporting, and processes, including leveraging AI, to increase efficiency.
  • Partner with HR, business leaders, and recruiters to support placement of full-time conversions and program continuity.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical intern roles across all Airbnb functions and regions.
  • Design function-specific sourcing strategies and build relationships with universities, organizations, and vendors.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop competitive hiring strategies, facilitate debrief discussions, and close candidates.
  • Maintain a consistent and seamless candidate experience from application through offer, using the ATS to track and manage all stages.
  • Use data to evaluate recruiting success and inform future strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in program/project management, recruiting, or a blend of both with a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder work.
  • Experience in early career or university recruiting; familiarity with graduate-level talent pipelines is a strong plus.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills with the ability to build credibility across all levels of an organization.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities; ability to translate program data into compelling narratives and design presentations for any audience.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, requisitions, and deadlines in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
  • Comfortable working across global regions and willing to flex hours when needed to support hiring in multiple time zones.
  • Experience using data to track, evaluate, and continuously improve program and recruiting outcomes.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a track record of finding practical ways to apply them in day-to-day work.
  • Curiosity and openness to learning how to build custom AI-powered tools.
  • Genuine passion for the early career space, diversity and belonging, and Airbnb's mission.
