About the Role

Bolt is building the infrastructure for Autonomous Mobility across Europe. The Growth & BD team closes strategic partnerships that define our commercial position in new markets. This role drives the execution layer of this function, focusing on modelling, program management, partner ops, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build revenue share models, unit economics, and scenario analyses.
• Manage OKR tracking, reporting cadences, and executive dashboards.
• Own NDA and contract workflows, scheduling, and partner coordination.
• Produce structured, data-backed decks for external partner conversations.
• Build deal performance dashboards and pipeline trackers.
• Travel up to 40% to support partner meetings and external engagements across Europe.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in BD or operations within fast-growing tech companies or Big4 consulting.
• Strong modeling skills to build scalable, replicable models.
• Proven program management discipline, including OKR tracking, reporting, stakeholder management, and structured delivery.
• Structured communication skills with executive-level written output and materials.
• Comfortable managing partner relationships and stakeholder conversations.
• Demonstrated program management discipline and accountability.
• Willing and able to travel 30-40%.
• Mobility experience is a plus.
• Execution discipline is non-negotiable.
