About the Role
As a Tower Ambassador at Picnic, you will ensure seamless food order deliveries by receiving and arranging them in offices, acting as the primary customer contact for eaters and creating a community bridge between Picnic and its customers.
Responsibilities
- Organize, pick up, and transport food orders with accurate scanning and smart handoffs.
- Receive orders from Drivers and deliver to specified locations within the building.
- Act as the primary customer contact for eaters.
- Create a community bridge between Picnic and eaters.
- Be the reliable face of our business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with office managers.
- Organize orders on the shelves or designated location.
Requirements
- Ability to lift to 30 pounds and navigate stairs.
- Must have an iPhone or Android Smartphone.
- Effective communication skills in person and electronically.
- Proficiency in English.
- Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in food service or as a delivery app driver is a plus.
