About the Role

The Order to Cash Deployment Analyst supports the deployment of the global template within the SAP S/4HANA program, contributing to successful go-live and hypercare execution. This role partners with business SMEs and cross-functional teams to validate requirements, identify risks and gaps, and promote adoption of standardized global processes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze order management scenarios and interdependencies across Commercial, Logistics, Quality, and Finance.
  • Identify interfaces, data flows, and exception handling scenarios.
  • Support local fit-gap validation against the global template and draft business user requirements.
  • Identify functional risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities, and escalate as needed.
  • Support deployment readiness, including SME onboarding, review of training materials, SOP updates, and data validation.
  • Coordinate business simulation and user acceptance testing activities with business SMEs across the Order to Cash domain.
  • Support defect triage, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Provide functional support during deployment and hypercare.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years of professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a business, technical, or scientific discipline.
  • Strong hands-on functional expertise within the Order to Cash domain in a GxP-regulated environment.
  • Experience supporting complex ERP or SAP S/4HANA deployments.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
