About the Role

Able Innovations is seeking dynamic individuals from the healthcare industry to join our Customer Success Team as a Partnerships and Success Specialist. You will serve as the on-site expert, training hospital staff on how to use our cutting-edge technology to improve safety and efficiency, acting as our boots-on-the-ground representative during critical product launches and implementation phases. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, education, and human connection.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hands-on training sessions for hospital staff on the safe and effective use of Able Innovations equipment.
  • Provide "at-the-elbow" support during shift changes and peak hours to ensure staff feel confident using the new technology in real-time.
  • Bridge the gap between engineering and nursing, translating technical features into clinical benefits.
  • Observe usage on the floor, identify barriers to adoption, and encourage hesitant staff to try the new workflow.
  • Report site-specific feedback, bugs, or wins back to the Able Innovations headquarters to help improve the product.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), RPN/LPN, Nursing Aide, Porter, OT, PT, PSW or any healthcare clinician role.
  • Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (Med/Surg, ICU, or ER) preferred.
  • Experience as a preceptor, charge nurse, or clinical educator is a huge plus.
  • Must be comfortable speaking to groups and teaching peers.
  • Must be conversationally fluent in French.
  • Ability to be comfortable with learning new hardware/software and troubleshooting basic issues.
  • Approachable, empathetic, and persuasive personality.
  • Valid G or G2 driver's license and eligibility for cross-border travel (US).

Location

  • Reports to Toronto, ON
  • Frequent (50%-75%) local and regional travel to healthcare facilities in Canada and the USA
