About the Role
We are seeking a Key Holder to join our store crew. This role involves leading the sales floor, supporting daily operations, and ensuring a positive customer experience when management is absent. You will set the tone, coach team members, and bring the brand to life in-store.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store, ensuring proper operations and timeliness.
- Lead the sales floor, setting the pace and delegating tasks.
- Serve customers with authentic energy and strong product knowledge.
- Coach and support Sales Associates, providing feedback and encouragement.
- Maintain store appearance, including cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards.
- Manage stock, including receiving shipments, restocking, and preparing the floor.
- Process transactions accurately using POS and mobile systems.
- Drive results by focusing on KPIs and motivating the team to achieve goals.
- Address customer concerns and resolve challenges positively.
- Stay informed about new product launches, brand initiatives, and store events, and help execute them.
Requirements
- Previous retail experience, with Key Holder or established Sales Associate level preferred.
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events.
- Availability on at least one full weekend day is required.
- Visual merchandising or inventory experience is a strong asset.
