About the Role
As a key member of the property maintenance team at a premier 300-unit garden-style community, you will ensure exceptional curb appeal and assist with general maintenance and apartment make-readies while delivering superior customer service.
Responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional curb appeal by keeping grounds and buildings clean and well-maintained
- Assist in lawn and landscape maintenance including sprinkler repair and adjustment
- Remove snow from walkways
- Assist maintenance team members with apartment make-readies including painting and touch-ups
- Deliver superior customer service and maintain professionalism at all times
Requirements

- $15.46 - $17.23 per hour
