About the Role

As a Manager, Medical Science Liaison (MSL), you will play a pivotal role in connecting science with practice and helping Ferring build the future of reproductive medicine. Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate, balanced, and timely scientific information on Ferring products to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Build strong scientific partnerships with key opinion leaders and academic centers to drive research and education initiatives.
  • Support Phase IV studies and Investigator-Initiated Trials (IITs) from protocol development to completion.
  • Provide ongoing scientific training and field support for Sales and Corporate Account Managers.
  • Monitor medical advancements and competitive activities in reproductive medicine.
  • Represent Ferring at advisory boards, speaker trainings, investigator meetings, and major scientific conferences.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO) required.
  • 2+ years of experience in reproductive medicine, maternal health, infertility or related fields.
  • Familiarity with FDA and OIG regulations, with training provided to deepen expertise.
  • Experience with clinical trial design and biostatistics preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% within the Southwest territory (TX, OK, AR, MS, LA).
