About the Role
As a Manager, Medical Science Liaison (MSL), you will play a pivotal role in connecting science with practice and helping Ferring build the future of reproductive medicine. Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, balanced, and timely scientific information on Ferring products to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Build strong scientific partnerships with key opinion leaders and academic centers to drive research and education initiatives.
- Support Phase IV studies and Investigator-Initiated Trials (IITs) from protocol development to completion.
- Provide ongoing scientific training and field support for Sales and Corporate Account Managers.
- Monitor medical advancements and competitive activities in reproductive medicine.
- Represent Ferring at advisory boards, speaker trainings, investigator meetings, and major scientific conferences.
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO) required.
- 2+ years of experience in reproductive medicine, maternal health, infertility or related fields.
- Familiarity with FDA and OIG regulations, with training provided to deepen expertise.
- Experience with clinical trial design and biostatistics preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% within the Southwest territory (TX, OK, AR, MS, LA).
