About the Role
El Pastor is seeking a Part Time Waiter/Waitress to join their team. This role involves delivering exceptional guest service and embodying the restaurant's commitment to authentic Mexican cuisine and a vibrant atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Consistently maintain the highest standards and deliver exceptional guest service
- Communicate effectively and clearly at all times
- Be the face of a Group known for its warm welcome and guest care
- Managing and exceeding guest expectations
- Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
Requirements
- Experience working as a Waiter or Waitress at a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant
- Strong command of English language
- Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
- Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
- Interest and love for Mexican food and culture
- Passion for the Hospitality Industry and your own development is a must
