About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and collaborative Deal Desk Analyst to support our sales teams in the day-to-day execution of key deals. This role will partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to build quotes, execute contracts, and review redlines.

Responsibilities

  • Help maintain team SLAs for timely changes.
  • Assist sales teams in designing quotes and contracts, including product bundling and multi-year "ramp" deals.
  • Serve as the primary gatekeeper for non-standard terms, ensuring all necessary stakeholders (legal, accounting, finance) sign off on exceptions.
  • Support policy and compliance by enforcing "guardrails" regarding discounting levels, revenue recognition standards, and legal liability.
  • Work with sales enablement to train sales representatives on how to use Salesforce CPQ and Ironclad.
  • Identify "friction points" in the sales cycle and implement automation or workflow improvements to increase deal velocity.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in deal desk or contract management in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Understanding of B2B commercial contracts and deal structures.
  • Experience working with CRM (Salesforce), CPQ tools, and contract management systems (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM).
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to pushback in challenging situations.
