About the Role
The Software Developer designs, develops, and deploys modern, AI-driven solutions to enhance collaboration, automation, and knowledge access. This role focuses on implementing enterprise-grade AI applications and intelligent workflow systems using C#/.NET Core and Azure-native services.
Responsibilities
- Define, analyze, and evaluate organizational needs for AI-enabled solutions and automation.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable, secure AI applications.
- Lead development of modern solutions using C# and .NET Core/.NET 8.
- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on Azure using App Services and Function Apps.
- Implement event-driven and distributed system patterns using Azure Service Bus.
- Build AI-powered solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and RAG architectures.
- Develop intelligent copilots and assistants using Copilot Studio.
- Design and maintain secure APIs and backend services integrating with Azure SQL.
- Build containerized workloads using Docker.
- Implement observability and performance monitoring via Azure Application Insights.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Support Azure governance, security, identity, and compliance requirements.
- Provide quality assurance, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Respond to escalated production issues and provide technical leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise application development, AI implementation, or cloud-based engineering.
- Ability to work independently to resolve complex production issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET.
- Experience with cloud-native backend development and API design.
- Expertise in Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Durable Functions.
- Knowledge of Azure Service Bus and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with Azure SQL and relational database development.
- Proficiency in Docker and container-based deployments.
- Experience with Azure Application Insights.
- Experience implementing AI systems using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, RAG pipelines, and AI agent frameworks.
- Experience with source control and CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Git.
- Understanding of Azure infrastructure including VNets, Private Endpoints, DNS, firewalls, and Entra ID.
