About the Role

Atoms is building Physical AI—real-world robots for industries like food, mining, and transport. This role focuses on a data intelligence infrastructure team, extracting insights from vast amounts of restaurant data to drive business decisions and market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Work on a data intelligence infrastructure team focused on gaining intelligence from collected data.
• Build and maintain software and tools for data scientists, ML engineers, analysts, and engineers.
• Enable extraction of insights, selling market intelligence to merchants, and making data-driven decisions.
• Help product teams build real-time and batch processing pipelines.
• Research and apply new open-source technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Initiative to drive results.
• Background in infrastructure or platform development is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for learning new codebases and making changes in large complex systems safely and efficiently.
• Proficiency in Java or GoLang.
• Experience building high-performance systems.
• Familiarity with Azure and GCP cloud environments.
• Familiarity with deployment tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in real estate, food technology, or related industries is a bonus.
• Passion for solving complex problems in these sectors is key.

• $158,000 - $210,000 per year
