About the Role

Join the Ashley Canada Team as a Sales Associate in Scarborough. The Dufresne Group, the largest Ashley licensee in Canada, helps people create homes they love and is committed to Making Life Better for guests and communities.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests in finding the right products for their homes
• Meet or exceed sales goals
• Manage sales orders, payments, and delivery timelines
• Stay on top of product knowledge, trends, and competitor offerings
• Build relationships through calls, online leads, and in-store traffic
• Keep organized and follow through on all customer needs

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales experience (retail or commissioned preferred)
• A confident, results-driven sales approach
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active on the sales floor
