About the Role
As a student assistant in the Partnership Management and Development Team, you will work closely with a small team and your team lead, providing support in Client Relationship Management (CRM) and partner acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Support the team lead in partner acquisition and management, including independent research of potential partners, assistance with presentation creation, and populating the acquisition pipeline in the CRM.
- Actively contribute to the further development of the CRM system (Salesforce), including maintenance, updates, and support with report generation.
- Prepare mailing campaigns within the CRM system.
- Participate in the planning and execution of partner events.
- Draft correspondence with external partners.
- Assist with the organization of business trips.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program at a German university.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook), and ideally experience with Slack and Asana.
- Ability to maintain an overview even in large spreadsheets.
- Interest in science and a willingness to learn.
- Proactive, structured, and independent work style.
