About the Role

As a student assistant in the Partnership Management and Development Team, you will work closely with a small team and your team lead, providing support in Client Relationship Management (CRM) and partner acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Support the team lead in partner acquisition and management, including independent research of potential partners, assistance with presentation creation, and populating the acquisition pipeline in the CRM.
  • Actively contribute to the further development of the CRM system (Salesforce), including maintenance, updates, and support with report generation.
  • Prepare mailing campaigns within the CRM system.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of partner events.
  • Draft correspondence with external partners.
  • Assist with the organization of business trips.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program at a German university.
  • Very good German and good English language skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook), and ideally experience with Slack and Asana.
  • Ability to maintain an overview even in large spreadsheets.
  • Interest in science and a willingness to learn.
  • Proactive, structured, and independent work style.
