About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Architect to lead implementations and provide cross-functional leadership. This role involves gathering requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring optimal delivery for clients, with a focus on European statutory requirements and multi-country localization.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert with implementation experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud (Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management).
• Gather business and technical requirements by interacting directly with customer process consultants and business SMEs.
• Provide cross-functional leadership, discussing solution options and decisions with customer teams.
• Coordinate with different tracks to drive optimal solutions and project milestones from a solution perspective.
• Ensure optimal design delivery to the customer and resolve any issues.
• Participate in functional testing and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for timely solution delivery.
• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Understand business requirements and map them to proposed designs.
• Possess localization knowledge, with European project experience, particularly in multi-country localization.
• Implement Oracle SCM processes for European statutory requirements.
• Gather requirements, design global rollouts, and analyze key business documents for solutions aligned with legal and statutory needs.
• Experience in at least two to three full-fledged implementations of Oracle SCM cloud applications, with leadership in Procurement Cloud and Inventory Cloud.
• Experience in testing and deployment of custom solutions for Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud.
• Manage onsite-offshore communication and work.
• Lead Super User training and support other training activities.
• Coordinate with other tracks for end-to-end business process delivery.
• Support Data Conversions for Procurement and Inventory, including strategy formulation, data mapping, and reconciliation for master and transactional data.
