About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Workday Financials Consultant on a contract basis to join a high-performing Finance Solution Delivery team. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement stakeholders to support production operations, ongoing enhancements, and strategic initiatives across multiple Workday Financials domains. The role requires deep functional expertise, independent operation, and versatility to adapt to shifting business needs.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on configuration, support, and optimization across multiple Workday Financials domains.
Act as a flexible resource, stepping into priority areas based on evolving business needs.
Support production issues, troubleshoot defects, and deliver timely resolutions.
Design and implement scalable, sustainable solutions aligned with long-term platform health.
Partner with functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
Contribute to ongoing enhancements, process improvements, and operational optimizations.
Support both day-to-day production support activities and project-based initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams to ensure system effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements

Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US.
4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials.
Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes within Workday.
Experience supporting both production support and project-based work.
Proven expertise across multiple Workday Financials domains, including Financial Accounting, Expenses, Business Assets, and Banking & Settlement.
Upper-intermediate English level.
