About the Role
Marketing is being reinvented with AI, changing how buyers discover products and what growth work looks like. This role involves owning how Middesk gets found through SEO, paid acquisition, and website experiences, building the systems for growth and defining how growth works at Middesk.
Responsibilities
- Own inbound growth channels across SEO, AEO, paid acquisition, and website conversion.
- Execute growth experiments across acquisition, conversion, and pipeline generation with clear measurement and fast iteration.
- Develop analytics and reporting infrastructure for data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with Product Marketing on campaign execution for product launches and content.
- Define distribution strategy for content, insights, and Middesk’s market point of view.
- Identify and leverage emerging channels before they become obvious.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech.
- Familiarity with SEO, AEO, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, or conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical instincts and comfort building measurement frameworks from scratch.
- High ownership mentality and comfort operating with ambiguity.
- Intellectual curiosity about the future of marketing.
- Excited to build, not just optimize.
