About the Role

We’re looking for a Head of Reward to lead our Reward team and play a pivotal role in delivering a forward-thinking, competitive and compliant reward strategy that supports our people and business ambitions. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll partner with senior leaders across the organisation, influence decision-making at the highest level, and shape a reward offering that truly enables our colleagues to thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a best-in-class reward framework aligned with business and people strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and HR Business Partners on reward and recognition.
  • Ensure reward frameworks are consistent, competitive, and compliant with regulatory and governance standards.
  • Lead the Group-wide benchmarking strategy to stay ahead of market trends.
  • Oversee all reward programmes, including annual pay reviews, benefits enrollment, and incentive schemes.
  • Drive insight-led improvements across the reward lifecycle.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of statutory reporting, including pay gap reporting.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to align reward with the Employee Value Proposition and career pathways.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality materials for the Executive Committee and Board Remuneration Committee.
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing Reward team.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a Reward leadership role.
  • Background in financial services, professional services, or a PLC/in-house environment.
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience in reward modelling, job architecture, and benefits design.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Deep understanding of reward best practice and market trends.
  • Proven track record of leading and developing teams.
