About the Role
Join the Me Group Germany GmbH team and contribute to developing the future. We are seeking a Service Technician (m/f/d) for the Berlin area, to start immediately in full-time.
Responsibilities
- Servicing and regular inspection of our machines
- Performing maintenance, repair, and upkeep work
- Cleaning and refilling machines with consumables
- Installation and deinstallation of various machine types
- Direct contact person for our customers on-site
- Implementation of promotional measures on the machines
- Digital documentation of all activities via our service app
Requirements
- Flexibility in field service and daily planning
- Completed electrical engineering apprenticeship (e.g., electrician, electronics technician, electrical engineer)
- Qualification and authorization to perform work on electrical systems (live working or according to applicable regulations)
- Demonstrable practical experience with electrical systems
- Teamwork skills and sense of responsibility
- Proficient use of PC and mobile applications
- Residence within the service area
- Class B driver's license and good German language skills required
