About the Role

Create memories for our guests and be the face of our hotel. You know the city like the back of your hand and are familiar with the 'places to be'. You ensure guests are always in a good mood, regardless of the time of day or weather, and contribute significantly to active customer loyalty with your charm. Your energy is used to inspire your team and make the Australian sun rise directly at the front office. Then join our Adina team as a Front Office Agent and leave a lasting first impression as the Adina face. While you coordinate daily tasks at reception and keep standards and guidelines in mind, you use your sales talent and know all room categories by heart. To ensure our guests leave as happy as they arrived, you take care of correctly managing all guest accounts and invoicing them before check-out.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience at the reception desk
