About the Role

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs across web and mobile, from sketches and wireframes to high-fidelity interfaces.
• Translate requirements, user flows, and design patterns into clear, consistent UI solutions.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to bring ideas to life and ensure accurate implementation.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across components, visual styles, and interaction patterns.
• Support end-to-end journey design, improving key experiences like onboarding, quote and buy, and account management.
• Participate in testing and feedback loops to refine designs and improve usability.

Requirements

• Experience in UX or UI design with exposure to designing for web or mobile products.
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail in layout, typography, color, and interaction design.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma for creating components, layouts, and design systems.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design ideas clearly.
• A curious mindset with a willingness to learn, experiment, and work through ambiguity.
• Understanding of accessibility principles and a desire to create inclusive, user-friendly experiences.
