About the Role
As a Project Engineer in Environmental Restoration, you will be responsible for the technical and content-related processing of projects and sub-tasks related to contaminated site investigation and remediation. This role is part of our global Resilience business line, focused on protecting our natural environment and water resources for future generations.
Responsibilities
- Independently plan and execute standard tasks for professional execution or supervision of investigation and remediation measures.
- Take responsibility for projects in the field of contaminated site investigation and remediation.
- Conduct risk assessments for protected resources, preferably focusing on the soil-groundwater pathway/groundwater protection resource.
- Coordinate and supervise (construction supervision) field and remediation work within contaminated site projects.

- Possess a degree in Environmental Sciences (Dipl. Ing., Dipl. Geol., M.Sc.) or a comparable field.
- Have geological and hydrogeological or hydrochemical and microbiological knowledge (desirable).
- Have initial professional experience in environmental contaminated site processing.
- Possess good English language skills.
- Hold a valid driver's license (Class B).
- Be willing to travel occasionally.
- Demonstrate a goal-oriented, independent, and team-oriented work style.
