About the Role

Buena transforms property management by simplifying real estate transactions, making them as transparent as buying an ETF. We manage properties across Germany, turning traditional property management companies into tech-enabled businesses. In just two years, we've become the third-largest property manager in Germany with a lean headquarters team.

Responsibilities

• Independent management and support of a fixed portfolio of properties (specific unit clarification in the initial consultation)
• Preparation, execution, and structured follow-up of owner meetings (ETVs) and reliable implementation of resolutions passed
• Technical and organizational leadership of the regional on-site team and continuous development of internal processes
• Management and coordination of service providers and craftsmen, including the awarding and commissioning of repair measures
• Competent and service-oriented communication with owners, advisory boards, and external partners
• Independent processing and handling of insurance claims
• Factual review of invoices and regular on-site property inspections

Requirements

• Completed training as a real estate agent, a relevant degree, or a comparable qualification with sound experience in WEG management
• Secure and practical knowledge of current WEG law
• Initial experience in personnel management or the motivation to take responsibility for a 9-person team as a Team Lead
• Sound knowledge of common property management software, ideally user knowledge in Domus
• Confident, professional demeanor when leading owner meetings
• Strong soft skills including excellent communication, conflict resolution, assertiveness, and a high level of process understanding
• Structured, organizationally strong work approach combined with genuine team spirit
