Collaborate with clients in Banking, Insurance, and the Public Sector to build modern test architectures, automate complex end-to-end processes, and evaluate AI-driven testing approaches. Utilize technologies like Selenium, Playwright, CI/CD, API Testing, and modern AI tools to enhance quality speed, intelligence, and scalability. Responsibilities
- Develop and advance modern test automation architectures for enterprise applications.
- Build scalable test frameworks for web, API, and end-to-end tests.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.
- Advise development teams on Quality Engineering best practices.
- Evaluate and implement modern AI-driven approaches in software testing.
- Contribute to the future of AI-Powered Quality Engineering for clients.
- Provide technical leadership for test strategies, frameworks, and automation standards.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in software testing, test automation, and test architecture.
- In-depth expertise in common automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, Playwright, Tosca, Appium).
- Very good knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
- Solid experience with CI/CD environments (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps) and version control systems (Git).
- Strategic and analytical thinking combined with a hands-on mentality.
- Strong communication skills and experience in client consulting and presentation.
- Experience with API, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Fluent German (C1) and very good English skills.
- Willingness for occasional client assignments throughout Germany.
