Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to create compelling campaigns.
- Drive growth and strengthen market position.
- Lead, coach, and develop marketing professionals.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Lead teams through organizational and business process changes, fostering engagement, adaptability, and successful adoption of new ways of working.
- Translate complex technical information into clear marketing messages.
Requirements
- Advanced Degree plus 8 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 10 years of experience in Japan, with demonstrated success in B2B marketing (Industrial, Electronic, Life-science industries).
- Experience developing and executing marketing programs that contribute directly to sales pipeline and revenue growth.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing marketing professionals to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Proven ability to develop strategic marketing plans and drive their implementation.
- Experience in managing and optimizing marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Excellence in project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Ability to lead teams through organizational and business process changes, fostering engagement, adaptability, and successful adoption of new ways of working.
- Travel may be required up to 25%.
- Fluency in English required.

- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Expertise in digital marketing platforms and CRM systems.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
