About the Role

As a creator at VaynerMedia, you will be a strategic and creative thinker, storyteller, and doer with a passion for pop culture and a keen understanding of social media and current TikTok trends. You will live on the platform, know the creators, spot the trends, and understand its best practices. You will create content, understand the platform's tools, and bring ideas to life across various social and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Own the creative process from ideation through execution.
Bring ideas to life across various social and digital platforms, understanding best practices and nuances.
Create work for various formats, including static images, videos, and GIFs.
Collaborate with creative partners to conceptualize and execute ideas.
Build content for brands on a micro level and for larger campaigns.
Maintain proper visual aesthetic pertaining to colors, textures, treatments, fonts, and branding.
Maintain proper visual content pertaining to images, videos, and asset types.
Carry out concepts from start to completion independently and with partners.
Follow direction and give and take constructive criticism.
Identify emerging platforms and trends in the digital space.
Juggle multiple projects and tasks at once.

Requirements

Expertise and knowledge of the TikTok platform and other social platforms.
Experience with designing all things digital and social across formats and platforms.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects and Premiere Pro.
A strong aesthetic sense and excellent attention to detail.
Strong conceptual and brainstorming skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Culturally immersed and passionate about the pop culture space.
Understanding of colloquialisms and internet-based trends.
Experience seeing work all the way through to completion.
Strong time management skills.
