About the Role
As an Office Manager, you will be an integral part of the Administration & Process Management department, involved in all aspects of office management and administration. This role is crucial for supporting the team and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage office spaces, including relocation logistics.
- Review lease agreements.
- Oversee external real estate service providers.
- Commission, plan, and monitor maintenance and technical inspections.
- Manage and coordinate external service providers.
- Handle procurement and ordering of office supplies, beverages, etc.
- Process invoices and control costs.
- Review and organize occupational safety measures.
- Manage the company vehicle fleet.
- Process insurance claims and damage settlement.
- Support event preparation, special projects, and meetings.
- Manage corporate identity (CI) and office design.
- Provide team assistance, including travel bookings, mail processing, and managing the central phone line.

Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration or a related field, or at least two years of professional experience in office management.
- Experience in office management and occupational safety.
- Analytical thinking skills and quick comprehension.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Reliability, conscientiousness, precision, structured, and independent work style.
- High commitment and resilience.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, initiative, and a hands-on mentality.
- Valid driver's license Class B.
