About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual for low-threshold work with individuals facing substance-related issues. Our team in the drug consumption rooms is looking for committed support.

Responsibilities

• Culturally sensitive and health-oriented support
• Referral to further support services
• Close collaboration with qualified social education professionals
• Initial medical care and support during consumption
• Advice on infection prevention and safer use

Requirements

• Completed training as a registered nurse, medical assistant, rescue assistant, emergency paramedic, or comparable qualification is a prerequisite.
• Interest in regular professional exchange and continuous professional development.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Intercultural consulting competence.
• Willingness to perform outreach activities.
• Accepting and open-minded attitude.
