  • Align processes, taxonomies, and reporting with global standards while making space for regional nuance
  • Build scalable planning, forecasting, and reporting solutions

  • Champion clear taxonomies and shared sources of truth
  • Build executive-ready Power BI reporting that helps leaders make confident decisions

Requirements

  • A strong background in marketing finance, marketing operations, FP&A, or commercial finance, ideally in a global technology, SaaS, or consumer business
  • Experience working across more than one international region
  • Proven experience leading and growing a small team
  • Comfort partnering with senior leaders on in-quarter trade-offs
  • Clear, kind communication with senior partners

Skills

  • Strong Excel skills (modeling, Power Query, dynamic arrays, scenario building)
  • Confident Power BI skills (data modeling, semantic models, executive-ready dashboards)
  • Hands-on experience using AI and modern automation
  • Thoughtful approach to data governance
  • Experience with Anaplan, SAP, Workfront or similar planning and spend-management platforms (Nice to have)
  • Experience partnering with Corporate or global functions (Nice to have)
