About the Role

We are seeking a Social Worker to support substituted individuals in a residential project, starting August 1, 2026. The role offers flexibility in project design, independent work, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and support for psychological, social, and health-related issues.
• Promote social participation.
• Engage in outreach and follow-up work.
• Organize group and leisure activities.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Social Work or comparable education.
• Interest in regular professional exchange and continuous professional development.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Intercultural counseling competence.
• Willingness to perform a limited amount of outreach activities (e.g., in correctional facilities or clinics).

Salary/Compensations

• Gross annual salary between €49,000 and €57,500 for a full-time position, depending on experience.
