About the Role
In this remote role, you will support our Belgian team and gain valuable experience with international seller onboarding. This is a great opportunity to contribute your ideas and help shape processes in a rapidly changing, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the Belgian team with a varied range of daily tasks.
- Process seller requests via the ticket system.
- Assist the team in onboarding new sellers to our platform.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize all onboarding materials provided to sellers.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field of study (e.g., business administration, e-commerce, or management).
- Fluent in Dutch, preferably also French, with excellent English proficiency.
- Structured and organized work approach.
- Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to process improvement.
