About the Role

As part of our pro-samed network, you will ensure that our patients are reliably and punctually supplied with pharmaceutical products and aids. This significantly contributes to ensuring that people in their home environment receive the best possible support.

Responsibilities

  • Independent planning of daily tours and assignments for our service drivers in the greater Berlin and Brandenburg area.
  • Telephone appointment coordination with patients, customers, and facilities – friendly, reliable, and solution-oriented.
  • Monitoring tour execution and ensuring a smooth process.
  • Close collaboration with our internal services and the warehouse as a competent contact person for questions regarding delivery.
  • With your organizational talent, you maintain an overview even with short-term changes and ensure that everything arrives reliably.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g., as a specialist for freight forwarding and logistics services, freight forwarding specialist, warehouse logistics specialist, or in a comparable professional field.
  • At least two years of experience in planning logistical processes – ideally in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
  • Confident use of MS Office and familiar with tour planning systems.
  • Strong team skills, a friendly communication style, and enjoyment of collaboration with different departments.
  • Very good German language skills (C1) in spoken and written form to reliably support patients, facilities, and internal teams.
