About the Role
As a Cafe Support Senior Staff member at BLUE BOTTLE COFFEE, you will support the team in delivering exceptional hospitality and work alongside baristas to enhance the team and guest experience. We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about coffee and eager to contribute to the cafe's success.
Responsibilities
- Support team operations through cleanliness to ensure guests have a delicious coffee experience in a beautiful environment.
- Washing dishes
- Clearing tables
- Cleaning and restocking the condiment bar
- Cleaning restrooms
- Assisting with guest guidance and serving coffee and food to tables (after gaining familiarity and product knowledge)
Requirements
- Enjoys cafe environments
- Able to communicate positively and openly in any situation and values colleagues
- Skilled in routine tasks
- Attentive to detail
- Able to commit to a long-term position of over 1 year
- Individuals aged 60 and above are welcome
- Empathizes with our concept of hospitality and wishes to grow with the team
- Values and acts upon empathy towards guests, colleagues, and surroundings
