About the Role
We are looking for a motivated student to join our hostel team as an all-rounder, supporting operations across reception, bar, and restaurant services.
Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes
- Act as a Guest Relation Officer to assist guests and answer inquiries
- Serve hot and cold beverages and snacks at the bar
- Prepare cocktails and snacks
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner buffets on time
- Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain hygiene standards
Requirements
- Must be an enrolled student with a valid certificate of enrollment
- Enjoy interacting with guests at all times of the day and night
- Demonstrate independent work style, high commitment, and teamwork
- Proficiency in German and English at B2 level
