About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for the professional installation, maintenance, and upkeep of security systems. You will work independently on diverse projects, ensuring our systems function reliably from setup and commissioning to long-term support.

Responsibilities

  • Independent assembly, installation, programming, and commissioning of intrusion detection systems (EMA), fire alarm systems (BMA), access control systems (ZuKo), video surveillance systems, voice alarm systems (SAA), and electroacoustic systems (ELA)
  • Creation and maintenance of all technical documents, including wiring diagrams, connection and switch-on documents, and object sketches, with documentation according to the QM system
  • Performance of measurement and testing tasks according to applicable standards (DIN VDE, EN 54, DIN 14675) and creation of corresponding protocols
  • Maintenance, upkeep, service, and troubleshooting of existing systems, including detailed documentation
  • Communication and coordination with customers, clients, and suppliers, as well as customer briefings, training, and support on-site, by phone, or remotely
  • Recording of customer information, e.g., regarding order expansions, customer requests, or customer satisfaction, and close collaboration with the project manager on order billing
  • Participation in on-call duty

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, information and communication technology, or comparable training professions, e.g., Electronics Technician (m/f/d) for Energy and Building Technology, Electronics Technician (m/f/d) for Devices and Systems, Information Electronics Technician (m/f/d), or IT Specialist (m/f/d) for System Integration
  • Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering, security technology, or IT system technology
  • Practical experience in assembly, service, commissioning, and maintenance of security systems
  • In-depth knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Intrusion detection systems (EMA), fire alarm systems (BMA), video surveillance, access control, voice alarm systems (SAA) / electroacoustic systems (ELA)
  • Knowledge of relevant standards: DIN VDE, EN 54, DIN 14675, DIN 4102, MLAR
  • Basic knowledge of business administration, EDP, and IT
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
  • High reliability, commitment, and willingness to perform
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and strong customer orientation
  • Confident, reliable, and friendly demeanor
  • Fluent German language skills (C1)
  • Driver's license Class B
