About the Role
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific M&E Engineering systems, analyzing detailed designs and collaborating with stakeholders to provide specialist engineering expertise.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate MEP design delivery, resolving technical issues and managing programme, safety, quality, and cost for assigned systems.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and stakeholders, managing interfaces and maintaining strong client and design relationships.
- Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and drive modern construction methods, digital adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Apply Mace standards and support net-zero objectives through proactive carbon management.
Requirements
- Completed technical apprenticeship with relevant BTEC/HNC.
- Valid CSCS/SMSTS certifications.
- Strong mechanical engineering expertise with working knowledge of electrical systems.
- Proficient in construction sequencing, commercial control, planning, and safe delivery.
- Skilled in QA, commissioning, digital engineering, and modern construction methods.
