About the Role
Supports effective project planning by verifying programmes, ensuring alignment with defined processes, and monitoring progress across medium-complexity projects or multiple smaller workstreams. Works collaboratively with planning and project management teams to ensure projects are well-scheduled, efficiently delivered and commercially successful, meeting agreed time, cost and performance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop integrated, logistics-aware plans, track progress and report accurately to support project delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, project teams and stakeholders, ensuring safety, quality and sustainable design are embedded in programmes.
- Monitor productivity, manage team activities and maintain programme deadlines.
- Support net-zero goals through proactive carbon management and compliant programme integration.
Requirements
- Working towards professional qualification (e.g. CIOB, APM, PMI).
- Other relevant qualifications specific to local requirements.
- Competency to produce programmes and sequence plans with minimal supervision.
- Intermediate software user.
- Ability to provide schedule outputs in a various format to suit the audience/context.
