About the Role

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for assessing the overall information technology needs of assigned projects/programs. With a focus on delivering value-driven solutions, the role will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure business needs are accurately captured and addressed. This role facilitates communication between technical and non-technical teams to improve business efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and processes and translate these into practical application and operational solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and understand business contexts through a variety of techniques and forums (workshops, individual meetings, shared documents etc.).
Demonstrated experience in facilitation of business requirement gathering workshops involving participants from senior management to business users.
Demonstrated ability to produce requirement artefacts: e.g. Business Requirements documentation, Functional Specifications, data flow diagrams.
Demonstrated ability to successfully operate within a geographically dispersed team.
Competent and proficient understanding of the application of Project Management disciplines.
Competent and proficient understanding of Enterprise application platforms ERP, CRM, and/or HRIS.
Demonstrated ability to assess, evaluate and solve problems and exercise initiative and judgment where practices and procedures are not clearly defined.
