About the Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant in one of our signature dining restaurants, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring that the first and last impression is memorable. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with our guests by providing a world-class experience to our local, interstate and international guests.
Responsibilities
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, and deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the venue’s menu and current promotions including ingredients and preparation methods
- Anticipate guests needs to understand their preferences to provide personalised service and recommendations
- Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies and dietary needs to the kitchen
- Collaborate with your team to provide efficient and seamless service
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required, including setting up and breaking down of the dining area
Requirements
- Experience working in a high end restaurant with ability to articulate flavour profiles and recommend beverage pairings
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to provide a memorable experience
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability to meet venue operating hours
- Current NSW RSA card (or interim certificate)
