Responsibilities

• Help maintain patient rooms and ward areas to a high standard, working across both clinical and non-clinical environments.
• Follow established cleaning procedures to contribute to a safe, hygienic, and comfortable space for patients, staff, and the broader community.
• Work alongside a collaborative team while taking ownership of responsibilities day-to-day.
• Interact with patients, visitors, and colleagues in a professional, respectful, and approachable way.

Requirements

• Cleaning experience (healthcare or hospital experience is highly regarded, but not essential).
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to engage respectfully with patients, customers, and colleagues.
• Confidence working independently, balanced with a willingness to contribute to a team.
• Consistent availability for 3-5 8-hour shifts each week, Monday – Sunday.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
• An understanding of WHS safety and hygiene standards.
• Full training and structured support provided from day one—no hospital experience needed.
