Responsibilities

Design and verify hardware for MCU-based embedded systems, including analog/digital circuits.
Design cable harnesses for inter-module connections within the system, defining pin maps and creating drawings.
Select appropriate components for circuit design, create, and maintain the overall Bill of Materials (BOM).
Perform basic board bring-up for prototypes, conduct functional verification, and debug issues.
Support DFM/DFT considerations in design, assist with specification compliance debugging for EMC/EMI certification, and support the mass production transfer process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with over 3 years of relevant practical experience.
Experience in basic embedded system hardware design based on MCUs.
Proficiency in circuit design tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, or PADS (Bear Robotics primarily uses Altium).
Understanding and application of various communication protocols including I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, and USB.
Experience in creating cable design drawings and managing BOM configuration.
