About the Role
This hybrid, permanent full-time opportunity is for a Sales and Customer Service Consultant at our Burwood store, with potential to support Parramatta and Cabramatta stores. As the face of Medibank, you will help customers choose health cover, provide support across multiple channels, build relationships, and solve challenges.
Responsibilities
- Help customers choose the right health cover and services.
- Support customers across multiple channels – in-store, over the phone, online, and in the community.
- Build lasting relationships and trust through personalised conversations.
- Solve everyday challenges and share ideas to improve how we work.
Requirements
- Skills in customer service, sales, health, retail, or community engagement.
- Ability to build rapport and explain things clearly.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
- A team player who is adaptable and proactive.
- Detail-focused and committed to protecting customer privacy.
- Multilingual skills in Mandarin are advantageous.
