About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Department Storage G Staff member who can solve critical problems and provide value for the future of our business. Our customers trust our products and services for their daily lives.

Responsibilities

  • Handle insurance premium collections via various payment methods (direct debit, group, credit card, bank transfer).
  • Perform tasks according to the collection schedule.
  • Register and modify payment method details.
  • Manage and send documents to customers.
  • Respond to inquiries from the call center and agency help desks.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in financial administration.
  • Ability to perform administrative tasks accurately.
  • Must have been a full-time employee for at least 2 years in your most recent role.
  • Graduated from university or an equivalent institution.

Skills

  • Financial administration experience
  • Experience in improving financial administration operations
  • Ability to analyze current situations and continuously improve operations
  • PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
