About the Role
The Senior Manager, Strategy and Performance Management is responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic execution, and performance improvement across the MedTech Deliver organization. This role leads a team responsible for Process Engineering, Kaizen, Performance Management, Data Analytics, and Strategy Deployment. The position partners closely with Finance, Plan, Commercial, DC operations, Customer Excellence, Transportation, Quality, IT, Procurement, and regional/global supply chain teams to improve service, cost, quality, productivity, and compliance. The role serves as a key catalyst for transformation initiatives, including process standardization, digitalization, automation, network optimization, and operational readiness for strategic product launch.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence, strategic execution, and performance improvement.
- Lead a team responsible for Process Engineering, Kaizen, Performance Management, Data Analytics, and Strategy Deployment.
- Partner with various departments (Finance, Plan, Commercial, DC operations, Customer Excellence, Transportation, Quality, IT, Procurement, and regional/global supply chain teams) to improve service, cost, quality, productivity, and compliance.
- Serve as a key catalyst for transformation initiatives including process standardization, digitalization, automation, network optimization, and operational readiness for strategic product launch.
