About the Role

Pallet is seeking a Growth Lead to own the full surface area of customer acquisition and growth, including outbound, website conversion, SEO, paid marketing, and new acquisition models. This high-ownership role offers the opportunity to build the company's growth engine from the ground up, working directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive significant impact in a fast-growing startup transforming the logistics industry.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and iterate on growth strategies spanning automated outbound, website conversion, SEO, paid marketing, and affiliates.
Own core growth metrics and build end-to-end tracking and attribution systems.
Design, execute, and analyze a high volume of growth experiments.
Operationalize validated channels into repeatable, automated growth engines.
Partner with engineering, product, sales, and operations to lead critical growth projects.
Solve abstract distribution challenges and explore new acquisition models.

Requirements

2–4 years in a growth function with a track record of owning outcomes.
Comfort with GTM execution tooling such as HubSpot, Unify, or Clay.
A bias for action and genuine urgency, with a focus on learning fast.
Highly creative and outcome-driven, unafraid of failure.
Comfortable operating at high intensity (50–60 hour weeks) in a fast-moving, in-office environment.
